Terms & Conditions
Please familiarise yourself with the booking Terms & Conditions outlined below before booking an appointment for Permanent Makeup or Scalp Micropigmentation.
Your booking fee is non-refundable. This is to ensure that you are serious about your treatment and that my time is not wasted.
BOOKING FEES
All appointments require a £50 non-refundable booking fee to secure your appointment. The booking fee must be paid within 24 hours of arranging your appointment. Your appointment is not secure without a booking fee and will be cancelled without notice if it is unpaid.

Your booking fee is transferrable ONCE where more than 48 hours' notice is given.
Cancellation or reschedule within 48 hours will result in the loss of your booking fee. A further £50 booking fee will be required to arrange a new appointment.
If you do not attend your appointment without any prior notice (no-show), then you will forfeit your booking fee. A further booking fee of £100 will be required for you to arrange a new appointment. Failure to attend a 2nd appointment without notice will result in the loss of your booking fee and you will not be able to rebook with me.
LATE ARRIVALS
If you are going to be late to your appointment, please contact me at the soonest opportunity. I will try and accommodate you where possible. If you are 15+ minutes late to your appointment then you will be classed as a no-show and your booking fee will be lost, unless I have agreed otherwise.
TOUCH-UPS
At your first PMU treatment a 4–8-week touchup appointment will be arranged. A £50 fee is charged on the date of your touchup appointment. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, or rearrange more than once, a £50 booking fee in addition to the £50 touchup fee will be charged.
It is important that you attend your touchup appointment to complete your PMU treatment. All touchup appointments must be taken within 12 weeks of your initial treatment - Failure to attend within 12 weeks will result in Colour Boost prices being charged.
